Baltimore is proud to announce the start of it’s fifth team on March 3, 2010, just shy of a year since it first launched in Charm City.
American Rescue Workers, located at 1401 S. Hanover Street [Map here] in the Federal Hill section of the city, joins Baltimore Station in representing the west side of Baltimore.
The team will start with eight guys who are eager to hit the streets in their running shoes. Program Director Jackie Truncellito is thrilled to introduce the new team and says, “ARW will soon become part of Back on My Feet Baltimore, a family who could not be more excited for and supportive of its newest addition. The facility has been so inviting to our program and what we have to offer. The strength of this partnership will make for a successful team.”
Reverend Tony Bell of ARW says, “I welcome the team and I think it’s great. We wanted to do an exercise plan with the guys a while ago but BOMF provides not just a running team, but even more care that will be great for our guys. I applaud you (BOMF). I am thankful for you!”
Patrick Range, formerly of team MCVET, has graciously stepped up and will be taking the helm as Team Leader, joined by supportive cores who will transplant from team Baltimore Station.
All five teams will converge at 1401 S. Hanover Street on the morning of March 3rd to create another legendary morning in Baltimore’s Back on My Feet History!
