Pam is Director of Learning and Development with the Business Learning Institute (BLI), a learning affiliate of the Maryland Association of CPAs. She is responsible for the business growth and sales strategy of BLI.

She leads a team of Customized Learning Consultants who assist learning directors in designing comprehensive curriculum plans. As a certified facilitator in BLI’s i2a: Insights to Action Strategic Planning System, she has used her facilitation skills to benefit many Maryland nonprofits.

When not working, Pam enjoys being active in the community and loves the outdoors, skiing, running and biking. Pam loves giving back to the community. She has run many 1/2 marathons and is currently training to run her second full marathon to raise money for her favorite charities. You can find her running on the NCR trail most any weekend!A

Elisha Hawk is an associate with The Yost Legal Group who concentrates her practice on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Ms. Hawk has been honored by the Maryland Super Lawyers by being named a Rising Star for years 2013 and 2014. She also was named one of Maryland’s Leading Women for 2014 by The Daily Record.  She is active in the legal community, serving as Treasurer for the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), Chair of MAJ’s New Lawyers, and as a Director for the Maryland Association for Justice Foundation. She is also active in the larger Baltimore City community as an active member of BoMF’s Team MCVET and serves as Co-Chair of the Roland Park Elementary/Middle School’s Wellness Committee.  

Ms. Hawk graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Hawk worked for 11 years as an English teacher in Baltimore City. When she finds a moment to enjoy she can be found spending time with her husband, their four children, and houseful of pets, including three dogs, one cat, and two bearded dragons.

Brian is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He advises a diverse group of clients, both public and private, on financial disclosure questions and tax consulting matters. Brian focuses on US based multinationals, particularly those whose primary overseas business is in Latin America and Europe. 

Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2001, Brian graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. Brian lives in Baltimore City and enjoys exploring the streets of Baltimore on foot.

Tom works for AT&T as the Director of Sales in the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia region. In this role, Tom oversees the sales of AT&T products and services in the Indirect Distribution channel, including local dealers and national retailers. Tom first heard about "Back on My Feet" in Runner's World Magazine a few years ago. When the opportunity presented itself to get involved, Tom jumped at the chance to help guide the organization in fulfilling its mission.

Sharon is a Business Banking Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo in the Maryland Market.  She is responsible for assessing the needs of commercial clients and provides sound advice to help them succeed financially.  She has been with Wells Fargo since 2003, originally started in the Philadelphia and Delaware Markets as a Sr. Financial Specialist.

Sharon is involved with several organizations such as United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, DFRC, and the ASPCA.  She also served on the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Board from 2011-2013.

Sharon is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and resides in North East Maryland.

He is a 20-year veteran with Ernst & Young, is responsible for all of the Baltimore Office resources, including oversight of the firm’s assurance, advisory, tax and transaction services.

Jay previously served as the Baltimore office Assurance Leader, the East Central region Insurance Industry Leader and as Ernst & Young LLP National Managed Care Leader. His extensive client experience includes providing assurance, advisory, and transaction services to life and health insurance, property casualty, managed care and asset management companies.

Jay received his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and is a member of AICPA.

Peter Rosenthal

Managing Director, Power Fundamentals at Constellation Energy

Peter Rosenthal is managing director, power fundamentals at Constellation Energy, a subsidiary of Exelon. In that role, Peter performs fundamental analysis and forecasting of power, fuels and emissions as well as policy and macro-economic trends, primarily for Constellation’s merchant and retail energy arms. 

Prior to joining Constellation in 2006, Peter was Washington Bureau Chief at Argus Media, where he directed coverage of coal, emissions, power, gas and other energy markets. From 1997 to 2001, Peter was a New York bureau chief at the former financial wire service, BridgeNews, also leading coverage of global energy markets.

Peter received his bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and his master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in 2008.

Rowe Price in 2003, Mary was a business consultant and auditor at Arthur Andersen.  Mary earned a Bachelors in Accounting from Villanova University and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University.

Mary is a previous Team Organizer and Race Coordinator for BoMF’s Team Helping Up Mission and credits Back on My Feet for her new found love of running

He works closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies that help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives. Ned ensures that clients receive the appropriate blend of services based on their unique needs, including investment management, planning, philanthropic, trust, and family office services. Ned is licensed to sell life and health insurance and is a also a graduate of the Cannon Trust School. 

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Ned co-founded Stephen James Associates, an executive search firm that is a subsidiary of the Allegis Group, the largest staffing and recruitment firm in the United States. As Practice Director, Ned spearheaded Stephen James’ Banking and Financial Services Search Practice.

Ned holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Frostburg State University. He is currently serves on the board for Back on My Feet’s Baltimore/Washington chapter, the Boy Scouts of America, Baltimore Area Council, and the Homeless Persons Representation Project.
