Autumn Campbell, shoe size 7.5

 Executive Director

Autumn has played huge role in the growth of the Washington DC chapter and is looking forward to all of the potential that exists within the Baltimore chapter. Autumn joined the Back on My Feet staff in March of 2010 with the launch of the Washington DC chapter. As Regional Executive Director, Autumn oversees the chapters growth and development.

“I was so drawn to the idea, but wasn’t sure I had much beyond enthusiasm and a sweat-equity work ethic to offer the organization. I am still sure those are the most valuable assets I bring to the table. And ultimately, it’s what we’re asking from most of our members. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to admire their work every day and feel privileged to work on behalf of the res and non-res members who make this program run.”

Nikia Williams, shoe size 10

Director of Member Services

Nikia manages many efforts for the Baltimore chapter of Back on My Feet, her most fullfilling being the one that allows her to assist the residential members in deciding what the “next steps” in their lives will be and encouraging her teammates to do more than what is expected of them. Nikia’s background is in children’s education, specifically children with special needs. Since joining the BoMF team, she has run her first marathon and aspires to run her first 50K in the spring of 2012.

“I have never been a part of an organization that has been so life changing for others and myself included. I am one of the many support systems that our residential members depend on to help them become successful in life. I am committed to doing just that.”

Nikia graduated from Coppin State University with a degree in Applied Psychology.
