Helping Up Mission

The Helping Up Mission of Baltimore, known affectionately as THUMB, is a substance abuse treatment, detoxification, and residential treatment facility located in East Baltimore.

To residents and staff of the Helping Up Mission, the facility is known as HUM. It was Back on My Feet members who created THUMB for Team Helping Up Mission Baltimore to highlight their running and teamwork.
