Brian is the Back on My Feet Baltimore chair and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He advises a diverse group of clients, both public and private, on financial disclosure questions and tax consulting matters. Brian focuses on US based multinationals, particularly those whose primary overseas business is in Latin America and Europe.
Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2001, Brian graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. Brian lives in Baltimore City and enjoys exploring the streets of Baltimore on foot.

Adam Bell is the Director of Internal Audit with Exelon Corporation, providing assurance and advisory services across the company's regulated utilities. He has held a variety of Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Develop roles with Exelon and Constellation Energy in Baltimore, Houston, and London.
Prior to joining Constellation in 2005, Adam was with Ernst & Young LLP, primarily focused on local and national Retail, Distribution, and Manufacturing clients.
Adam is a native to the Baltimore area. He received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University and holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Pamela Cleaves Devine
Director of Learning and Development, Business Learning Institute
Pam is Director of Learning and Development with the Business Learning Institute (BLI), a learning affiliate of the Maryland Association of CPAs. She is responsible for the business growth and sales strategy of BLI.
She leads a team of Customized Learning Consultants who assist learning directors in designing comprehensive curriculum plans. As a certified facilitator in BLI’s i2a: Insights to Action Strategic Planning System, she has used her facilitation skills to benefit many Maryland nonprofits.
When not working, Pam enjoys being active in the community and loves the outdoors, skiing, running and biking. Pam loves giving back to the community. She has run many 1/2 marathons and is currently training to run her second full marathon to raise money for her favorite charities. You can find her running on the NCR trail most any weekend!A
Professor and Vice Dean for Education, Carey Business School
Kevin Frick has been with Johns Hopkins University since 1996 and is currently Professor and Vice Dean for Education at the Carey Business School. His passion in and out of the workplace is helping to make connections between people or between ideas. He has been an active runner since 2006, has run ten marathons and two ultramarathons, and sees running as providing meaning to his life through opportunities for conversation and contemplation.
Why Back on My Feet? "I have run with Back on My Feet off an on since early 2011. Being part of a group that uses running as a part of empowerment provides me with the opportunity to listen and share with others stories of struggles and success. I have been impressed by what Back on My Feet Baltimore has been able to do with the multiple teams that draw amazing people and have provided the opoprtuntiy for so many people to be part of each other’s lives in an effort to deal with the struggles of homelessness and addiction."
Associate, The Yost Legal Group
Elisha Hawk is an associate with The Yost Legal Group who concentrates her practice on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Ms. Hawk has been honored by the Maryland Super Lawyers by being named a Rising Star for years 2013 and 2014. She also was named one of Maryland’s Leading Women for 2014 by The Daily Record. She is active in the legal community, serving as Treasurer for the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), Chair of MAJ’s New Lawyers, and as a Director for the Maryland Association for Justice Foundation. She is also active in the larger Baltimore City community as an active member of BoMF’s Team MCVET and serves as Co-Chair of the Roland Park Elementary/Middle School’s Wellness Committee.
Ms. Hawk graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Hawk worked for 11 years as an English teacher in Baltimore City. When she finds a moment to enjoy she can be found spending time with her husband, their four children, and houseful of pets, including three dogs, one cat, and two bearded dragons.

Greg is a Partner & Senior Financial Advisor at Greenspring Advisors in the firm’s Institutional Client Group. He has been providing retirement plan consulting services to publicly traded and privately-held corporations, as well as non-profit organizations since 1994. He was previously a Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor, Institutional Consulting Group with RBC Wealth Management and earlier in his career worked in the Retirement Plan Services Department at Alex. Brown & Sons. Greg specializes in developing and managing corporate retirement plans by providing independent advice on fiduciary oversight, investment due diligence, fee-benchmarking, plan design and vendor management. Greg is also a member of the Greenspring Advisors’ Investment Committee.
Elizabeth (Liz) Mack is a health-care executive who recently discovered a passion for running intersected with her long-standing love of service to the community. Liz enjoys being a part of Team MCVET and sees the positive impact that Back on My Feet has to both its members and volunteers. The morning circle brings the entire BoMF mission together and solidifies why we are all there.
A native Baltimorean, Liz attended Seton High School, Towson University, and was a fellow in the American Association of Health Plans. She is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., promoting sisterhood and service. She looks forward to working with the board, staff, volunteers and most importantly, MEMBERS, to help BoMF Baltimore continue its meteoric growth.
Director of Sales, AT&T
Tom works for AT&T as the Director of Sales in the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia region. In this role, Tom oversees the sales of AT&T products and services in the Indirect Distribution channel, including local dealers and national retailers. Tom first heard about "Back on My Feet" in Runner's World Magazine a few years ago. When the opportunity presented itself to get involved, Tom jumped at the chance to help guide the organization in fulfilling its mission.
Vice President, Community Development Manager - SunTrust Bank
Alfonso Pearson is the Community Development Regional Manager for the Maryland region of SunTrust Bank. In this role, he is responsible for increasing SunTrust Banks visibility in the communities that they serve by representing the company in various civic and community functions. He is also responsible for for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Compliance Program in the Maryland Region insuring that the credit needs of the community are met including low to moderate income individuals. Prior to SunTrust he was the Community Development Manager for E*TRADE Bank, and online bank with a national presence which he managed Community Development activities for the bank nationwide.
Alfonso has over 25 years of banking and investment experience starting as a stockbroker and working as a branch manager at Citibank and PNC Bank. Alfonso is very involved in his community serving on the Advisory Board of NFTE-Baltimore. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Anne Arundel County, South Baltimore Learning Center, Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore and Dundalk Renaissance Corporation and serves on the Board of Trustees of Maryland Council on Economic Education (MCEE). Alfonso is the Co-President of the Maryland Bankers Community Reinvestment Group (MBCRG).
Alfonso is a personal finance expert who is a sought out speaker and teacher in financial education to adult and student audiences. In addition to this, he is very involved in the community and volunteers his time and talent with a number of organizations.
Born in Charleston SC, Al grew up in Capital Heights, MD and is a graduate of Bowie State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Al lives in Upper Marlboro with his wife Pam and their two young adult children, Alfonso III and Leah.

He is a 20-year veteran with Ernst & Young, is responsible for all of the Baltimore Office resources, including oversight of the firm’s assurance, advisory, tax and transaction services.
Jay previously served as the Baltimore office Assurance Leader, the East Central region Insurance Industry Leader and as Ernst & Young LLP National Managed Care Leader. His extensive client experience includes providing assurance, advisory, and transaction services to life and health insurance, property casualty, managed care and asset management companies.
Jay received his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and is a member of AICPA.

Mary is a Program Manager at T. Rowe Price overseeing large scale initiatives involving process redesign and system integration. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2003, Mary was a business consultant and auditor at Arthur Andersen. Mary earned a Bachelors in Accounting from Villanova University and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University.

Director, Behavioral Strategy - Cigna Healthcare
Jason Youngblood is the Director of Behavioral Strategy and Clinical Account Lead for Behavioral Health, for Cigna Healthcare. Jason is responsible for promoting the overall health and well-being of Cigna customers, by leveraging insights, analytics, and Cigna's comprehensive behavioral programs and services, to drive engagement, leading to the reduction of total medical costs, through improved health. Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Maryland, as well as a Personal Trainer, and focuses on the link between mind and body, and the impact to overall wellness.
Jason has been with Cigna for 14 years. Prior to joining Cigna, Jason provided clinical services in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient behavioral treatment settings. Jason has a clinical sub-specialty in addictions treatment, including providing psychotherapy services to individuals with both mental health and substance use concerns. In addition, Jason holds an Insurance Producer’s License in Life and Health, in the state of Maryland.
Jason obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Juniata College, and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, from Towson University. Jason credits running as a core component to his ability successfully manage work, home, and parenting responsibilities, to the best of his abilities.
